Remain compliant with the Balcony Policies of your Community!

Register your Bike so that you remain compliant with Balcony Policies outlined in your Lease. Residents are certainly able to keep their bikes in their apartment, however you are not permitted to store them on the Balcony. Balcony polices are strictly enforced. Residents will be required to provide their own lock and chain. Access to the room will be via pin. All bikes must be registered and will receive a Permit Tag.

Here is what you will need to Register your Bike:

Manufacturer

Serial number

Once the registration process is completed, you will receive a Bike Permit Tag to put on your Bike and an access code. (Information Packet will be delivered via the HUB or in-person pickup during normal business hours.)
